Kim was the paralegal who collected and processed my documentation. I appreciated having a primary point of contact prior to the proceeding. I never had a problem getting through to them, and anytime I left a voice mail message, it was returned in a timely manner. Lauren was the attorney who represented me in court. She was fantastic. I felt she was empathetic to what I was going through emotionally, and instrumental in helping me convey what I struggle with to the judge. I found her presence at the virtual proceeding very reassuring. I could not have done it without her. Marc, the attorney who owns and runs the practice, was a godsend, as well. The attorney I first hired from a so called reputable firm promised quick resolutions and minimal stress, but reality was the opposite. My case dragged on for more than three years, costing me thousands of dollars, endless frustration, and emotional exhaustion. Communication was almost nonexistent, and I often felt neglected at critical moments. Completely disheartened, I was ready to represent myself--until I came across South Jersey Magazine's 'Awesome Attorneys' feature. That's where I discovered Christopher R. Musulin. Every review I read spoke not only of his expertise but also of his genuine compassion and dedication. From my very first visit to his office, I understood why he is so respected and renowned. His walls are lined with diplomas, degrees, and achievements--impressive in their own right--but they are only a fraction of what makes him exceptional. His office is filled with empathetic professionals who know your name, remember your story, and are always ready to act. Alongside Mr. Musulin, Kimberly Greenfield became an essential part of my journey. Together, they worked as a seamless team--strategic, responsive, and unwavering in their advocacy. Kimberly's diligence, compassion, and attention to detail brought me reassurance at every turn. She, too, treated me with respect and sincerity, making sure I always felt informed, prepared, and fully supported. The moment you become their client, you realize you're not just working with attorneys--you're working with people who fully commit to standing in front of you and defending you to the very end. Thanks to the steadfast commitment of Christopher Musulin, Kimberly Greenfield, and their entire team, I went from feeling powerless and exploited to being heard, protected, and finally at peace. Hiring them was not just the best legal decision I made--it was the turning point that gave me back both my dignity and my future. - Former Client, Florence, NJ

Our landlord then had the audacity to sue us instead of letting us leave peacefully even though, according to Philadelphia law, we had every right to break our lease. This resulted in us, with the help of Mr. Copoulos, filing a counterclaim. Throughout the entire filing-continuance-time consuming performance that reporting to court ultimately becomes Mr. Copoulos was easy to communicate with and constantly kept us abreast of any and all changes. Come time for court, which actually ended up going to trial, Mr. Copoulos genuinely exceeded my expectations with his line of questioning and cross-examination of both myself and my landlord. It was a tough case and I actually thought my landlord's lawyer bested me a few times but Mr. Copoulos was able to call bullsh&t and we came out on top. We were awarded our counterclaim and my landlord had to walk away with an extremely salty, yet magnificently sour face. Needless to say I was very pleased. It is worth mentioning that even if Mr. Copoulos had lost our case, he still would have gotten a five star rating as he really does know his stuff and seems to be an all-around solid guy. Plus, I found his cost to be beyond reasonable and that always helps. Bottom line: if you want great representation for a reasonable fee, go with Mark D. Copoulos.

I'm currently going through a really nasty custody battle out in NJ with my ex-husband. I needed…read morean attorney that understood not only PA law but NJ law as well. There were a few attorneys that came up with great ratings, but they didn't seem to be overly concerned with how my current matter was being handled. See I have an NJ attorney already but he only practiced in NJ and didn't have a license to practice in PA. So he wasn't familiar with PA laws and what options I had in Philadelphia. My ex and I both lived in Philadelphia for the past year and had a custody order based out of NJ that my ex filed a counter motion against. I needed someone to help me understand my rights with both PA and NJ. When I first called Mr. Kirby and explained my situation he stated that because I had a current attorney in NJ that he couldn't really discuss the case not because he wasn't allowed to but because of integrity and respect for his fellow attorney. This is the first I heard any attorney say to me. The rest were ready to have me fire my current attorney and take over the matter in which I wasn't comfortable with. That initial phone call made my decision for me because most attorneys are looking to get more money from you while he was giving me his honest feedback and your integrity is everything. I immediately scheduled an in person consultation with him. After meeting with Mr. Kirby, he completely put me at ease and regained my confidence back with my current case. My NJ attorney is great but because he didn't understand PA law it was difficult to understand my rights and what procedures needed to be followed. When Mr. Kirby got in touch with my NJ attorney they got along great and exchanged information regarding my case to prepare him for when he can have the matter moved over to PA. Since my ex's current attorney keeps requesting more motions and wasn't willing to come to a settlement on the matter this case has dragged on in NJ since September and won't be finalized (hopefully) till December. Mr. Kirby has never declined one of my calls and has been extremely mindful of my time and the money I am spending because technically I am currently paying for 2 attorneys on retainer. My case is still currently in NJ, but I have 100% full confidence once we're able to move this matter over to PA that Mr. Kirby will do everything he has currently been doing for me and then much much more. If you're looking for an honest (rare with lawyers), trustworthy, hard working, real, and tells you how it is.....LOOK NO FURTHER THIS IS THE MAN FOR YOU!!!!! I've had a difficult time with my case and to be able to talk to someone that you can vent your frustrations to especially during a time where you are fighting for your kids, is one of the best feelings in the world. William Kirby not only talked to me as an attorney but also as a friend. He seriously has made this matter less stressful for me and I am forever grateful to him for that.
