I've reached out to present my side to him to avoid wasting his, my, and the court's time and was told by the receptionist he would not meet. His client wants to go to court. We had mediation scheduled by law today. He didn't show. He knows it won't get dismissed today, but I'd have to go. Likely, he'll show next time to continue the process. That's exactly what I'd want my attorney to do if I'm the client. So, being objective and fair minded, and recognizing the job of an attorney, I can respect the games often played through the court system.
