DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE!!!!!!!! I had a terrible experience with Walmart's tire service. I…read morebrought my car in to have all four tires replaced, expecting a simple, hassle-free process. Even though they weren't familiar with my type of car, they still went ahead with the work. After the service, my car started shaking every time I drove it, and it felt like one of the tires was going to fall off. Along with that, I noticed a few other issues, such as uneven tire pressure and strange noises coming from the wheels. I took it back to Walmart three separate times to try and fix the issue, but each time they told me the tires were balanced and that everything was fine. Eventually, I took it to another shop to get it checked out, and they discovered that Walmart had bent the rotor plate and left the nuts on the tires loose. I ended up having to pay $3,800 to replace and repair the damage they caused. I'm extremely frustrated and disappointed with the lack of care and professionalism. I would never recommend Walmart's tire service to anyone. They are the absolute worst.

I have a diesel truck, they take 2 batteries. now I was not sure if they were out of warranty or not. The batteries very well could have been and I would have been happy to pay for 2 new one. But when I gave him my number to pull up info I was no longer in the system. My name, my phone number, and all my purchases for 23yrs were gone. So if they were under warranty or not we will never know. I was told to call H.O. well they were out until Monday but I waited. When I did they could not explain it. The store had told me sometimes the system goes down at H.O. and it happens (well why didn't they lose everyone then). H.O. said no that did not happen that someone had to take me out and there was nothing they could do. Now like I said if they had been out of warranty I would have paid but we don't know. When I got them they said we don't mark them anymore and they don't have the pouch on the side anymore for the receipt "WE KEEP TRACK OF THEM IN THE COMPUTER FOR YOU". Well now i cannot trust them with ANY purchase what if these 2 batteries that have to purchase ($500 after tax) go bad in a year, will I be in the system?
