Contact Pelican Express: Once security confirms they have your items, contact Pelican Express with the details. They will guide you through the steps, including providing proof of ownership and an estimate of the cost to retrieve and ship the items. Pay Pelican Express: They will provide the total cost and a PayPal address for payment. Send Proof and Release Documents: Email Pelican Express all the required documents, including proof of ownership and any paperwork releasing the items to them. Be sure to CC the security station (oggettirinvenuti@adrsecurity.it) to keep everyone in the loop. Receive Your Items: Your items will arrive at your home or business.
