The person who answered the phone was so unprofessional. I had to ask 3 times for his name, to start a conversation. I even had to ask if I was calling The Staff Agency for the way he answered the phone was as if this was a residence and not a business. After I mentioned that I live half a block from him, and wanted to give the opportunity to a local business, I started describing what my corporation is about, hence, the reason of my call. He immediately cut me off and hung up while I was speaking. Furthermore, he harassed me via text!!! (see screenshot attached). I was polite and professional, as usual. To add, he lied to his boss (after the boss saw this review) saying I was calling to ask for money, which the word "money" never even come up on the 30 seconds conversation. So, in addition of unprofessional and rude, he is a total liar. I don't thing this is a real agency and if they are, they are very unprofessional, therefore, just imagine the kind of employees they will refer.... After this experience, I read someone's comment about them, and I have to agree, apparently they are not what they claim to be. I hired another agency.
