My experience was extremely disappointing. I encountered repeated delays, inaccurate Affidavits of…read moreService that required corrections, poor communication, and unexpected fee issues. I also felt pressured to leave a positive review before receiving the completed affidavit. Because this involved a time-sensitive court matter, these mistakes created unnecessary stress. I had (2) witness subpoenas served by The Opal Group here in New York City. They were incredibly…read moreprofessional, documented everything, and had excellent communication every step of the way -- from intake and understanding the project, to updates on service attempts, and calls to align on service or approval from you to serve at a specific time and day. One of the subpoenas was for a NYPD police officer at their precinct, and despite the officers behind the desk being less than friendly, the process server remained professional and carried out the job. The cost for their services was also an excellent value. I highly recommend them, and would definitely hire them again.

I had to get fingerprinted for employment purposes and after watching too many crime shows, I…read morecringed at the thought of ink on my hands. I took the elevator to the 4th floor which opened right into the small office and an unattended desk. So I walked into the adjacent waiting room since I was 10 minutes early for my appointment. The relatively empty white walls and signs instructing customers not to do this or touch that were uninviting. There are better ways to relay messages - tone and presentation. There were a group of immigrant women also waiting to be printed. I was disturbed by one of the male staffers who was obviously frustrated by the language barrier and losing patience with the group at 9 a.m. Thankfully, I was assisted by another staffer who was friendlier. The back room had three stations, which was a bit tight. Each employee is seated at a computer desk surrounded by a clear plastic barrier while you stand next to them. Be sure to pack light. I had a work tote bag and still struggled to maneuver in this space. No one gave me step-by-step instructions (i.e. fingerprints, stand back for a photo, and pay with a debit or credit card). Aside from having to rescan a few of my fingerprints, my appointment was quick and I was glad the experience was over.

Outstanding Remote Notary Service - Fast, Kind, and Incredibly Helpful!…read more I can't recommend Fatimah's Notary Service highly enough! I live in California and was in a tough spot, I needed an electronically notarized document the same day for the Nevada DMV. Fatimah came through quickly, professionally, and with so much kindness. She was incredibly patient with me throughout the process, made sure everything was clear and correct, and went above and beyond to help when the DMV (incorrectly) claimed the document wasn't properly notarized. Rather than leaving me to figure it out alone, Fatimah personally called them to clarify the situation and correct their mistake. Her service truly lives up to the promise of meeting all your notary needs, no matter where you live. If you're looking for reliable, remote electronic notarization from someone who genuinely cares, Fatimah is the one to call. Absolutely five stars! Thank you Fatimah!

My review doesn't reflect on them in any way, but the business owners who have taken to nickel-and-dimeing their customers. I have been using BP to ship out my sales on Depop for over a year and noticed the prices going up not just incrementally but drastically. My packages come fully packaged, just needing a label. To print any label it was a dollar, which like alright it's 10¢ at the library but sometimes the convenience factor made it worthwhile especially if I was dropping off multiple packages. Last month, it went up to FOUR DOLLARS. That is highway robbery! Now, just to drop off a package with a pre-printed label, I have to pay a dollar?? It's free at the post office to print a label AND drop it off. I highly encourage anybody to just head to the post office and save yourself the time/money. It's truly a shame.
