I told him that the International dealer quoted me 2 hours. He became super rude and said if they can do it in two hours then you better go there and when I asked him if he wanted to quote it he hung up on me. He was a total dick. I hope that I am NEVER forced to use his shop for a repair as he obviously is dishonest with his pricin.

56 minutes ago New…read moreOverpriced Very rude, disrespectful, blocked my number while trying to make arrangements to get my 90 year old mother's car out when it was wrongfully towed from her designated apartment parking spot. They will not let u look at the car before paying the nearly $1k. Or get her personal items out of it if we can't get it out and pay them the money first. Then they will send my 90 year old, deaf mother with dementia to collections thru no fault of her own for "forgetting" to renew her tags this January!!!!! HELLO, that's part of demetia!!! But 3j is completely rude and not accommodating regarding this situation. Decided to block me instead of having an adult conversation. Childish, rude, and disrespectful. I'd give them zero stars if that was an option. We are trying our best to get my mom's car out, and have a friend that will pay the fees if he can look at her car, and they won't allow it. "It's policy," sometimes there needs to be exceptions if someone is willing to get the car, just wants to look at it. Simple. He's not going to grand theft auto it. Such a shame that they have to be so rude.
