I would never get a home through Keller Williams ever. The past few years have been nothing but nightmare given I keep getting text messages for "Eric" looking for a home. Regardless of who I message back or call back, the phone calls and messages continue with another agent with a different number. I have blocked multiple but still get more. Bottom line, he's a salesman who at the end of the day, appears to have his own interests at heart and wants your property for cheap. He lacks integrity and I believe there is a large conflict of interest here, using his RE business to increase his RE portfolio and advertises as much.
