Shodan showed up and got everything dialed in right on time for our event. Only advice I'd give is to make sure you order more crostinis. I saw plenty of quick word of mouth drive traffic right to them and everyone loved the unique flavors that the filet with smashed avocado, honey goat cheese topped with roasted tomatoes and pesto drizzle, and caprese delivered. She was extremely accommodating as one of the girls did not like meat so she quickly made her own choices for my friend. She's extremely communicative which was my favorite part about her services. She made this experience 10/10 for us. And the FOOD?! Phenomenal! We devoured everything. Hannah took care of all the courses and one I didn't include was the kale Cesar salad that tasted so yummy and added the lightest clean touch to our steak dinner. We ended up with a great menu: (1) Ahi Tuna Tartare with Avocado, Cucumber, Pine Nut, Shallot, Parsley, in a Lemon & Soy Vinaigrette; (2) Sautéed Shrimp on top of Thai Papaya Salad (Green Papaya, Green Beans, Bird Eye Chilis, Tomatoes, Garlic, Peanuts, and Lime); and (3) Orange Creamsicle Panna Cotta - Eggless Vanilla Custard with Orange Segments, and Toasted Streusel. The food was fantastic, and the chef and his assistant were professional throughout.
