His price was fair, and he even followed up a few days later just to check in on some details. From start to finish he treated our project with incredible care and thought. Today was install day and Ed showed up on time, did the job perfectly, cleaned up and even fixed some loose screws when he put the switch plates back on. Honestly, it couldn't have gone any smoother. I sent pics. They texted process, timeline, and quote, that same evening. Scheduled the date. To address textured walls, they skim coated the wall so it's now flat, no texture, and the installation was flawless. Looks gorgeous. We are very pleased, and highly recommend.

I've gone back and forth about writing review, but I hope to save someone the headache and money. Communication was difficult and John had a tough time coming when originally agreed. He said his truck and supplies had been stolen and I wanted to give him the benefit of a doubt. One the phone he sounded a bit erratic and had trouble remembering what we had emailed about. When he arrived, he seemed a bit off and did not skim, liner, and then skim for one of the walls. I also didn't feel comfortable with some of the comments he made regarding another customer who posted photos and a review. He left a mess of glue in many areas (baseboards, outlets, night stands) on the two walls he installed liner on. Additionally, I found out after the fact that the liner is supposed to be installed horizontally to rail road behind the wallpaper - he installed it vertically with some questionable cutting. In the end, I was not only frustrated with scheduling and communication, but the quality of work and behavioral mannerism did not leave me feeling comfortable having John return to my home. As one of his main complaints was that he did not get paid by another reviewer, I gave him a check to be done and he never followed up for any further install. In this case, that was a relief.
