Hugo and RM Landscaping did a good job of pulling up my lawn and laying down the rock in my back yard. Then he did a decent job of laying cement and adding to my patio. From my experience with those two jobs, I decided to hire them to resurface the whole patio and color and finish the surface. I noticed he was resurfacing two days after laying the cement and I decided to read the package of the resurfacing material. It said not to resurface over new cement for thirty days. I asked Hugo about that and he said it would be okay. Well, I hope so.
Then he stained the cement and later when he was applying the finish to the cement, I happened to read the package again, and it said not to finish it if it was above eighty degrees. It was ninety-five right then. I asked Hugo about that, and he didn't say much. The next day I noticed it dried with a blotchy, milky surface over sections of the patio. Well, I was concerned and asked Hugo about it, and he didn't know what happened. He tried to wash and de-grease the surface and did another couple of things, but it didn't help. A few days later it rained and the surface got much worse, becoming very milky and blotchy over most of the surface. Hugo didn't know what to do, and he couldn't get in contact with any reps from the finish companies. We went out of town on a trip and came back and waited a month until the temperature got down to reasonable level. Hugo said he'd come over and look at what to do. I suggested maybe we should just paint over it, leaving it the way it was, just getting it good and sealed and leave it at that. We waited another month for the temperature to cool.
When it did, I called him again. He said he's contact me in a day or two and we'd set up when he could come. We've been waiting a week now for a return call. I've called him daily and heard nothing from him.
