Had surgery was a passenger in the car and he offered me this lowball settlement and he said that that was the best that he can do. He never called me back. Didn't know what was going on with the case, we did deposit depositions. He was supposed to redo the deposit depositions never did anything he said. not saying that he probably would be a better to someone just speaking from my experience with him. It was horrible and I would not suggest him for anything. Poor communication skills and the biggest liar I ever met. And it's so unsettling to think that this guy is playing and lying in my face and think that I did not see right through him . And even convince me to take the settlement by saying that if it was his own brother, he would say that this was a fair settlement.. after four years with this guy this was the best that he could come up with I accumulated over $100,000 in debt waiting for him to settle this case so thankful that another Attorney and did a wonderful job. If you go with him, you have to stay on top of him and he will lie to you.. Horrible experience, .steer clear from this guy!!!!!!!!

I do not recommend this attorney based on my personal experience…read more I was never informed that his hourly rate was $400 per hour. I met with him only once, and the meeting lasted less than an hour. Despite this, I was later billed for 4.76 hours. He also did not appear in court for my matrimonial matter. In fact, the judge had to inform both me and my wife's attorney that he was not representing me. Throughout the case, he did not provide me with documents, updates, or meaningful communication regarding my matter. I had to obtain information about my own case through the online court portal rather than receiving updates directly from my attorney. Based on my experience, I was extremely dissatisfied with the level of communication, representation, and transparency regarding his billing. I would strongly recommend that anyone considering hiring this attorney carefully confirm his hourly rate, billing practices, and exactly what services are included before retaining him. In my opinion, my experience was not worth the amount I was charged, and I would not hire this attorney again.

I've pretty much stated my concerns previously however in researching old files...for a new attorney..I came across the "Vacate Order" dismissing all sole custody requests. HELLO!!!! This is what the whole issue was about. After having my husband contact Mr. Michalek - he charges by the hour however I can't stand the criticism, the downspeak and the overall little man vent when he spoke to me, you know, women being stupid and stuff; Mr. Michalek charged me for his error. And his bill came on very lovely stationery, very dense with nicely placed embossment. I would love to delete this last star....but I can't.

He had prepared as he would have gone to trial and we didn't have to.

In all of our cases, Mr Weisbeck was professional and involved. He took the time to listen to us and carefully document what was said. During the entire process, excepting phone confirmation of appointments, in each instance we dealt directly with Mr Weisbeck. He kept us informed of the process and the status of our claims. When we appeared in court in one of the cases, he met with us before the cases began, during the recess and several more times as the Defendant began making settlement offers. The resolution was speedy and impressive in its completion. On our opinion, Mr Weisbeck personally and this firm in general is an example of how a legal firm should operate and we highly recommend both.
