I would never-ever recommend this company, HORRIBLE service, Horrible installation, & HORRIBLE customer service, which really is NON customer service.

He presented his findings, pointing out the good and the bad. Luckily there was more good than bad. Michael let us know what options we had to correct the things that needed attention. My husband purchased a top of the line AC unit package from this company. While the unit is good…read moreand works great the entire aftermath of this install left me in a bit of a rage. There were three different groups that came, one for AC install who used the restroom and left a mess in the toilet. The second group were the ones who came to do vent cleaning and sealing. These people stepped on the beds with their dirty shoes, and when they washed up in three different sinks left them a dirty mess. In addition my husband was told that there would be some white fluffy stuff from the vents that will come out. Well buyer beware! My entire house was covered with soot from the vents. And they left them all closed after the finished! So much for efficiency....I do not recommend this service unless you want to have a huge mess to clean up. They don't cover your furniture and they certainly don't clean the mess they make. The third person was the drywall guy who was the only person who didn't leave a big mess. This company needs to remind employees to respect people's homes and to either be more honest with customers about what to expect or come up with solutions to minimize the mess.

Every single one recommended we replace the entire system, which would have cost us around $10,000 or more. I called Nathan, and he had his crew out the same day. They thoroughly inspected everything and actually found the issue no one else could. They replaced the faulty part on the spot and completely resolved the problem. Highly recommend them, they're true professionals who care about solving the real problem.

I found It at Arizona Furniture in Kingman, AZ! The staff was very helpful and no matter how many times I came in to ask questions and finally bring my son in to see it. They even helped me to rearrange the floor sample to make it sure it would be the correct configuration to fit in his living room. I got the best price and added the 5-year warranty to make sure his needs were met for a long time. The delivery staff removed his old couch and disposed of it. They were very polite, courteous and careful in my son's home and assured the sectional was carefully aligned and secure and everything met my requirements. I couldn't be happier about my decision to purchase this item from Arizona Furniture. Wish I personally didn't live so far away when it comes to looking for furniture for my own home in Florida.

We hired Aloha to remove our existing roof and install a new asphalt shingle roof. We accepted the…read morebid as presented and our cost was five figures. Unfortunately we were quite disappointed with the quality of the work, communication, and follow through. Some specific areas of disappointment: More than six months passed between accepting the bid and actually starting the project. It required several phone calls to get on the schedule. Then, they did not start work when scheduled and left to go hunting in the middle of the project. They told us to expect a two day job, it took a week to complete the bulk of the work and it is still not done. We were forced to rearrange our own work schedules several times to accommodate repeated delays. Once we cut the check, they seem to have abandoned the job completely despite committing to return and finish up. They have said "tomorrow" a few times, but don't show up or call. Gutters they'd removed for the demo of the old roof were not reaffixed. They also threw away entire portions of the gutters and damaged other portions. Nails, staples, shingles and other debris are all over the yard and driveway and left clogging the gutters. The swamp cooler was removed when demoing the old roof, but was not reattached when they finished (it was left just sitting on the roof with no warning). They also cut the water line to the cooler. When demoing the old roof, they tossed the shingles off without protecting the sides of the house or sidewalks. They used wd40 to try and clean off some the tar that is now marking up the house, but that didn't do much other than add grease spots. Everyone involved in the project was nice enough throughout the process and they seem to be knowledgeable about their trade. But it feels like they have more work than they can accomplish in a professional manner and don't care about inconvenience to the customer or making the effort to get things done properly.
