SAVE YOURSELF A MAJOR HEADACHE! DO NOT HIRE THESE GIRLS...The worst business experience ever. They got 1 star because you can't post a negative star. I've been In Kingman for 56 years, and have never been harassed bullied or treated the way Cyndi Torgerson an Brittany Martinez treated me and my sister. Brittany loves to argue to cover her butt on mistakes that she makes on bids. They demand payment 30 minutes after they say job is complete, if you ask for a bill, they come to your doorstep unannounced yelling, ringing doorbell over and over and calling nonstop. My sister was so afraid for her safety she would not answer door or phone, My sister Emailed Cyndi to set up a meeting for following day With me to do a walkthrough, (my sister was so bullied and intimidated by this two women she did not want to be alone with either of them) Cyndi agreed to do a walkthrough next day but after a no show I called to ask why she was keeping us waiting, and wow she exploded on me, yelling to the point I had to hang up. She lies to cover her own butt, and try's to turn it around saying you are lying. The carpet guy Dan did an amazing job, but Cyndi told him he wasn't getting paid because we hated the job he did and payment was still owed. A $8500+ job which was paid in full before job was started, but by the time job was complete they wanted another $742 for mistakes they had made on bids. My sister paid these women over $9100 just to get rid of them, the tile job was not complete, one toilet was left laying on floor, WE WILL FILE A COMPLIANT WITH THE ROC. She will post comments to this I'm sure saying the job wasn't with me, she doesn't know me, that her client was happy with job, that changes were made and errors can occur, I have nothing to gain from this statement other than trying to save someone else the harassment she put my sister and myself through. Please refer to pictures, like they say they are worth a thousand words. read more

We just had the carpet, tile, and linoleum in our living room, 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and laundry room replaced by plank flooring and we positively love it‼ We worked with Britney at Cyndi's Flooring store down from Island Yogurt, and they were wonderful to work with. Both were highly recommended, knowledgeable, helpful, and very nice women! The job was done by Robin Perry, the boss and owner of The Floor Doctor, and we couldn't have asked for a better person to work with. He's highly skilled, detail oriented, responsible, and a perfectionist as well as being an extremely professional and very nice man-a real joy to have doing the job! It took us 2 months to clean out;box up, donate, or throw away all the stuff to be ready, and it was very frustrating, exhausting, and overwhelming and we didn't finish until the night before they came. Now we have to put everything back which will take much longer because we have to put it all in the right places-so very daunting. But we're very happy and grateful that we did it, worked with Cyndi and Britney, and with Robin Perry and his crew, who all did a fantastic job read more

My wife and I had Cyndi's Floors N More completely remodel both bathroom showers. From the beginning of the estimates, to the start and the end of the projects, I could not have asked for a better company to do the job. The installer was great. Then installer always would notify us if there were going to be any delays and/or changes in his schedule which was never a problem. The work that was done was GREAT. No issues with any of the cleanup that was done. It was a pleasure dealing with Cyndi's Floors N More and the people working there. A+++++++++ read more

We had a new home built in Kingman and I had a dream of what my shower would look like. We worked with Cyndi's team and our shower turned out exactly how we wanted. The team are professional, they keep to the schedule, are respectful of our home, pets, and family. When finished, everything was clear of any debris. They have great work ethics, do beautiful work, and I highly recommend them. We are going to have our second shower redone by Cyndi's in the future. read more

Grout is falling out after one year. When the installation happened, they fleeced my mother out of $2500 EXTRA. The installer showed up with his kid and my mom ended up watching the kid. I posted a review a year ago and Cyndi and Britney showed up at my mom's house unexpected and unannounced trying to intimidate her. This is not a good company to do business with. We've installed cameras at her house now so this does not happen again. read more

We have had Cyndi's floors n more do our tile in our shower. They did such a beautiful job and were so professional that we had them again to put a back splash in our kitchen. Again we were happy with the results. So we had them put in tile on most of our floors. The workers made sure they did the jobs correct. We are extremely happy with the results. I would recommend anyone to them. read more

cyndi's floors and more did a marvelous job on our floors. They did the kitchen and dining room and both bathrooms then in December of 2024 they did the living room hallway and two closets, it was all done in a beautiful tile and all the tiles are straight and so are the grout lines. My wife and I highly recommend them. Jack and Julie Thorne read more
