I enjoyed the sparkling ice wines the most. The reason for the 3 star review is that we simply were treated warmly throughout the duration of our visit. The person who poured our wines was also not knowledgeable about what she was serving... a real disappointment after recently coming off a wine tour in Québec City's Île d'Orléans. I just wasn't impressed, and ultimately decided that it wasn't worth checking a bag to bring any of their bottles home. I likely would not make a special trip out to this winery in the future.

The cheese, crackers, and meats paired really well with the wines. Loved how Wilfred suggested which to eat with which wine. My fav was the ice wine.
