I was very disappointed with this dentistry clinic because they initially accepted my insurance. In…read morethe middle of my treatment they cancel their contract with my insurance but didn't communicate with several patients. At the end, I was charged way more than the agreed amount. I tried to talk and was ignored. I find this very unprofessional and unethical. Anything that we agree upon before the start of a treatment should be honored even if one of the parties decided to change terms at some point. Very very disappointed. I work very hard to pay all my bills in time, and to be caught with a "surpise" additional bill was not fair to me or any other patients that were in the same position.

This place is alright. Friendly front desk. Hygienist were OK and dentist was nice, but…read moreconversations were just a little awkward and neither my wife and I were ever comfortable. The more frustrating aspect is we got charged over $50 for a comprehensive exam because insurance only allows a comprehensive exam once every two years. But the previous comprehensive exam (done within the last two years) was done by a different dentist, so insurance would cover their compressive exam. They sent the wrong codes to insurance and they were adamant about us paying the fee. Pretty ridiculous, and frustrating because previous dentist we had for 5+ years, we never paid a dime. The lack of attention with insurance codes and burdening their client is disappointing and we will be going somewhere else now.

Dr Tim and his staff are amazing. I expected them to suggest expensive multiple root canals (that's…read moretheir business, right?) After X-rays and testing, Dr Tim thoroughly explained his findings and I walked out without any further procedures required. Fees are reasonable, office is spotless and the entire staff was so calm and kind. Highly recommend!

My experience with this office was frustrating, from the long wait and unprofessional atmosphere to…read morethe conflicting information about billing. I waited more than 30 minutes before being helped. During that time, I could clearly hear staff discussing office drama, including people quitting, staffing shortages, and frustrations about working at different locations. These conversations were inappropriate to have within earshot of patients, especially while the office was running behind without communicating the delay. They should spend less time gossiping and more time getting patients seen. I had specifically been instructed to bring my own films to avoid being charged for additional imaging, which I did. However, the office insisted on taking its own X-rays and repeatedly assured me I would not be charged. After another wait in the exam room, I spoke with the dentist for less than three minutes. He did not look inside my mouth and told me there was nothing he could offer me in terms of treatment. Altogether, I spent approximately 45 minutes to an hour at the office. Staff repeatedly told me the visit would not be billed and that I did not need to worry about any charges. A few weeks later, I received a substantial bill. I immediately called and was told it was an error and to disregard it. Then, several weeks after that, I received another bill for a different amount. When I called again, the staff member I spoke with was rude and contradicted the previous assurances without acknowledging the conflicting information I had received. Delays can happen, but the lack of communication, repeated billing assurances that were later contradicted, and dismissive response to my concerns were unacceptable. Based on my experience, I would recommend going elsewhere.
