As they scoped the project they picked up on some safety challenges to locating a fire pit on a flammable deck. There was a warning in the owners manual that the local fire pit expert missed. After assuring ourselves that the risk was negligible, Budget returned to Kay in the piping. Both plumbers were courteous, thorough and committed to followup inspections and connections. Their equipment was clean and orderly, I think this demonstrates attention to detail. I recommend this business for its professionalism, competence, and customer focus!

He then has another person make and send you an estimate, scope of work somehow gets miscommunicated between him and the person generating the estimate.
