Travis with Small Town Drain is phenomenal to work with. I had been having issues for awhile with my main line about every year to year and a half, sometimes less. Every time I would have someone come, they would simply clear the line but not take the time to diagnose the real issue. Fortunately this last time I called Small Town Drain. Not only did Travis clear the line, but he also diagnosed what the actual root of the problem was and consulted with me on how to fix the issue for good. He was extremely thorough. After Small Town Drain came out and gave us a visual and snaked our main line, they came out again and jetted our pipes which is 100x more precise on removing any debris. It's supposed to last close to a year or even more!
