I was called to the back shortly thereafter. Everything was explained to me every step of the way. All my questions were answered, and I'm at ease with my future work. I left with appointments set up and an estimate of what my out of pocket portion will be. I definitely recommend DDA!!!!

I am still wondering why that was said to me. Don't all charges have to be coded and amounts made/charged? I did not receive total I paid to DDA, but my dental insurance's allowance. For that, I guess I am supposed to be grateful. I was also accused(?) of not getting other people at DDA "involved" in my concern(s). After their charging me for repairing expensive and fairly new work and continued response "I am not part of medical Staff" while I was asking questions, I was not in the mood to hear any more of what I felt was condescending lip service, from anyone. I can't imagine anyone would feel differently, at this point. How did I end up being charged for what I feel is shoddy work? Was I supposed to "barter" about the charges before I was allowed to leave the building? No thanks. The main gist of a followup letter from office manager was to remove my original review. No apologies of any type. It also seemed to infer I was to blame or the main problem, even though they admitted "a problem was corrected"?? My original review is all true. I am not sure sharing reviews does other than help others that may end up with same experience. I will say I have done business at DDA for many years and have had some good experiences. This was not one of those.

Everyone was very friendly and accommodating and they had time so we got my tooth fixed in the same visit and it looks great. I don't write reviews normally but i was reading these beforehand and I think the staff here deserve a better rating. It is a corporate kind of business so expect corporate bullshit. Like the pr rep that will probably respond to all the online ratings. Also, it's their job to tell you about your filthy teeth so don't complain when they tell you that you need a cleaning and their corporate standard is probably to try and schedule one for you even though you didn't want one And it's not what u came in for. Communicate with the staff like a human and they'll return the favor. For me, it was an overall good experience.

I was recently looking to switch dentists, as my old dental office was very impersonal, always…read moreextremely busy, and constantly pushed vanity services (veneers, teeth whitening, etc) that I didn't want or need. So, after perusing some dental websites, I thought I would give Amundson's a try. When I left I immediately called my husband who was in awe over my excitement of going to the dentist! :) The receptionist was so helpful and nice. The hygenist was fantastic and so caring. I was just in my first trimester of pregnancy and often experiencing nausea so having dental equipment and yucky tasting toothpaste in my mouth was likely not going to help my gag reflexes. But the hygenist was always asking me if I felt okay and making sure I was doing well. The appointment was so thourough too. They talked me through everything they were doing, gave me specific details on how my teeth and gums were doing instead of just cleaning them and saying "looks good, your all done" like my old dentist used to do. Then when the dentist came in he was very friendly, spent more than 5 seconds with me and again was very thorough and knowledgeable. I can't say enough good things about them. When my husband went in for his appt the next week, after he sent me a text "Yep, you were right. A+. They are great!" I highly recommend their office!

Twice in the last year, however, I required urgent care and they responded. A broken bridge, root canal and insertion of a second bridge have all occurred.
