Well, in Indio, Ca if you have a LLC. they still file charges on you? that aren't yours? for the last 17 years I have had extensive ID fraud happening? And the stupidest, dumbest, I cant believe that they don't even get it? So, 17 years ago I get a phone call? from Indio, Ca District Attorneys Office, saying that "THEY HAVE DISCOVERED SOME FRAUD TYPE ACTIVITIES" and I was asked to bring my Birth Certificate, College Transcripts, Etc. SO I took all my "CLEAN, UN TAMPERED WITH INFO" down to INDIO, Ca DISTRICT Attorney's Office? I spoke to a secretary from Dallas or Houston by type of accent she had, Her Name Was TONI GUESS, and they had me come in and took my finger prints, copies of all my information? *(SO THEY COULD ID THEFT & FRAUD). I didn't really realize at the time that anything was corrected? The Palm SPRINGS police dept. who knew another person with a similar name? same first name, NICHOLAS IS MY MIDDLE NAME, THE OTHER GUY's is RUTIN? MY LAST NAME IS GREEK AND WAS SHORTENED ONCE MY FATHER PARENTS LEFT GREECE AND ARRIVED IN NEW YORK. MY LAST NAME IS SPELLED "PAPPAS" THAT OTHER GUY IS SPELLED "PAPAS" and he has a sister? and I don't only 2 Brothers. So I'm not really the type to get in to anything stupid? because I have worked in recording studios since 1994, and also Have made, produced, recorded, DeeJay ed, Etc. This other person goes to Prison with some situation on the local news? i'm asleep at home and the phone is ringing off the hook? and people are asking me if I'm okay, and what happened? and I'm Like just waking up? saying what are you talking about i've been a sleep here at my house all night? Inside a gated yard) So to make a long story short! cuz I need to record a new song! tonight, I receive a letter at a condo that I rent for my Dad, my mailing and residence address is the same one in the DMV files for over 15 years? why would a court letter saying to appear show up here? because the property manager here? who I beat in Civil Court in Palm Springs, Ca Cant stand losing and is out to get me for every lie she makes up? or anything of mine she can break, steal, or try to sells old songs of mine to iTunes? other then that I have no idea why she hates me? I contact that D.A.'s office in Indio, Ca and send him a copy of My LLC. and explain whats is going on? I never get a response, nothing after 100 emails at least? I dont even show up for the court date because I all ready know it's a complete disaster, and this D.A. CLOWN is out to get me for anything? even INVASION OF PRIVACY of illegal copies of text messages and emails? that that dumb fuck don't need to see? after many Civil Rights Violations and NOBODY WANTING TO HELP THE MATTER? it has remained a problem, because I knew I was getting some ROYALTIES from A GREAT FRIEND WHO TAUGHT ME ALOT ABOUT THE MUSIC INDUSTRY, BECAUSE HE BASICALLY MADE IT! This Man is a Joke!!!! He is trying to climb the latter politically with this fentanyl BS. He is not locking up drug dealers. he is locking up addicts who use with others and an accidental overdose occurs. He is holding them hostage with million-dollar bails, and they are being treated guilty before convicted. He is a joke. The law he is trying to pass was turned down 3 times last year by legislation. They do not believe charging drug dealers or users with first degree murder works. It didn't work with heroin or cocaine back in the day. It won't work with fentanyl now. I know this sounds harsh but outside of the children that have been affected by fentanyl, where is the accountability of the adults who knew the risk of using laced drugs or drugs in general and chose to do it any way. This office is so corrupt they don't do any investigations especially if its internal. I have had to file complaint after complaint and nobody ever returns calls. The DA's office not only allowed the police department to steal physical property from my being as well as not even enter it into my personal belongings. After i was finally released my belongings which were medical had been taken and without any information as to what happened to it. When i filed an internal investigation with the chief of police of course there was no mis handeling in the possession of my property but it wasn't until i filed an investigation that all of a sudden my property was miraculously found 3 months later in the evidence holding. Why if i was never charged or if it was never even entered into the police report did it end up in the police evidence holding how can a police report hold any weight when they didnt even do correct filing? When i asked to file a motion for it my attorney not only lied about filing it but did not even mention it. I have been trying to re open my case as is my right within the 180 period to which my public defender stated that within the 6 months we would re open the case to which he failed to do so and because he is no longer with the public defenders office i am no longer allowed to open my case. Since your office fails to return calls its apparent that this is just another way of the government to make money by allowing the cops to run a police state with out any ramifications. I would give 0 stars if possible. Their victims' unit especially is absolutely useless. I was one of the victims of a predator who was armed with two loaded guns, driving around pretending to be a cop, targeting young women. It was a terrifying experience and the victims' unit from the Riverside DA sent me a letter with their contact info and a website to go to so I would be able to keep track of what was happening with the case and receive any necessary notifications. Of course, the website didn't work so I called the number and the few times I actually reached a human being, they were incredibly rude and gave me no information. The DA's office completely let us victims down and offered that perverted weirdo community service without ever notifying us or giving us a chance to testify. I've been trying to reach them for months to find out what happened and why I was never notified of this. I even had to pay a stupid fee just to get the court papers myself which, as a victim, I should have had access to for free. Nobody from the office will return my calls, because they're cowardly. This is outrageous and unacceptable. You should be ashamed of yourselves, Riverside DA, for letting this pervert back onto the streets. If you're going to do something that sickening then at least have the decency to call me back and explain your disgusting and dangerous decision. I called about 12pm today to see if i could get our next date for court and i was given one of the worst attitudes ever for no reason. The woman that answered didn't want to give me her name. I was assaulted on 04/01/2022 by my adult daughter. Her charges were kidnapping, burglary and assault. The charges were two felonies and one misdemeanor. She was let out without being charged for insufficient evidence. I am scared and upset because I was never notified by the DA and when I asked about victim financial aid the lady was very rude and not sympathetic.
