As soon as I entered the lady working today guided me to the proper machine for my wash, and also helped me out with an issue I had with getting it started. When I started drying I didn't realize that my comforter/duvet was made of feathers. The attendant realized this in my absence and moved my item to a larger dryer , for proper drying. On my return she explained to me, the reason for this , as well as proper air drying when I get home. So appreciated, thanks again. I will truly recommend your business to anyone.

Upon speaking with someone (I assume a manager) she informed me that this was due to 'wear and tear' of the coat and due to rubbing, although the stains are everywhere from the back of the coat (where there is not likely to be rubbing) to the chest area. The person told me this is an ongoing problem with expensive winter coats, but nothing was said when I dropped it off. I was also told if I dry clean it again it will get worse. I left feeling extremely discouraged and dissatisfied with the experience and again, strongly urge others not to use their service.
