They were not delivered on her birthday, so I left a message that night asking them to please call and let me know what happened. They returned my call first thing in the morning, turns out she wasn't home when they tried to deliver and she missed their call. There wasn't an attempt to notify me of the missed attempt (would have been a nice touch, but not expected by me). They said they would deliver them this morning which they did. The bad: The arrangement is quite off from their website. I am out of state and went off the pictures, I do understand that some substitutions might need to be made during the pandemic shortages. However, I would have paid more for actual flower substitutions, rather than a bunch of big green leaves. When I saw what my mom received vs what I ordered I was embarrassed I do not plan to be a returning customer, I would not recommend ordering online. Maybe you'll have better luck as a face to face customer. I am honest in my review and tried to be fair in describing my experience with Lowe's Flowers.
