They would verify they had the parts and call soon to schedule visit. That was Friday. Repair (non- emergency} was completed by Wednesday noon. Tyler had two repairs. Burner one-bad element. Burner two, broken stem for burner temperature knob. missing knob. He checked element AND verified that electrical connection was good. It wasn't. He fixed that too. It's an older stove. He checked stems for all four burners. Most had been replaced. He took care of another one that was likely to fail in the near future. He was done in less than an hour, and even gave me a chance to do a quick sweep of the dirt under the stove. I had asked him how he got into appliance repair, he praised his boss for being a good teacher. They were prompt, thorough, and very nice to work with. Proud to recommend them.

I agree that the price in the Val Pak was not the same as their quote over the phone AND we were explained it was an ongoing issue. We still felt the phone quote was within reasonable previous prices paid so we booked them. Jason was on time, kind, and was ready to give a more solid quote and solutions to issues previous carpet company could/would not address. This morning my husband and I are so pleased with his work! He tackled stains that have been told could not come out and Jason got them out. He beat our expectations and I will now book him to clean my office next. Thank you!!

Disappointed. Not in their job, but in their advertising and additional price added after they…read morearrived for the jobs. My tenants needed to have their carpets cleaned, so to try to save them some money, I told them about the MaxCare coupon in the local ValPak mailer: 5 rooms for $99. Both sets of duplex tenants scheduled appointments over the phone for back-to-back cleanings. When the team arrived, they announced that there would be an additional $45 charge each for doing the stairs - a 50% increase from their advertised price. When I called the office on behalf of the tenants, the man said that the scheduler should have asked if stairs were involved. He hadn't. The man with whom I spoke said that stairs were an optional service. I did not quibble about an additional charge for a stairway, but I told him that this "extra" should have been mentioned on the coupon along with the many other options and additional services that WERE listed. Plus I said that it was unethical that the scheduler did not ask about stairs but then the team insisted on the additional payment if the tenants wanted the stairs done. I will not be using or recommending MaxCare in the future.

It took one hour and my carpet looked good. I paid $229.00 by check and gave a $20.00 tip. No thanks for the tip. After a good week I noticed my carpet was still damp, and the carpet hadn't been cleaned? In July the same person came back. I moved a couple small area rugs to show no actual cleaning had been done. The stairs weren't cleaned entirely. The attachment left distinctive marks that showed not the entire stair was cleaned. My bedroom carpet, as well as my living room carpet flattened out and looks very old from walking on damp carpet. He did not suction the water from my carpet, leaving it damp. I showed areas where the carpet was flat under my bed where it wasn't walked on. This guy said he didn't know what happened. I told him he left a puddle of water in my laundry room, no response. I called October 25th, asked for a call back and to have someone inspect the carpet. No call back? I purchased the carpet in 2020, paying over $13,000.00. Al Schaller
