The store is spacious with the usual many blends of fresh made coffee. Kwik Trip is not a coffee shop per se, however I've never had lukewarm or stale coffee from the air pots as I've had from places that are coffee shops. There aren't more food to go selections than other Kwiks but certainly an adequate supply for the ready. I do like the way Kwik Trip usually has at least two people at checkout so there is little if no waiting. They smile and say thank you come again and we're on our way.

Two lottery tickets, a bottle of water, a six pack of Spotted Cow, and Sta-Bil. If I would have needed gas I would have purchased that too. The prices are spot on maybe even less expense then Sams club without having to purchase the quantity. In a convenience store mind you. The steaks were as good a steak I could have bought at any grocery store. Maybe better? I didn't tell anyone about the cookies after I had one. Oatmeal Raisin mmmmmm!! All mine. They have their own bakery or Kwikery as they call it. Baking their own bread, buns, cookies, muffins, and doughnuts. The staff are the friendliest people you'll ever meet. I feel like they almost know me. I really wish they would come to Iowa. Kum and Go's and Casey's could take a few tips from these guys. Given the choice I would drive out of my way to stop back in.

I already summed up the experience for that LaCrosse KT. The 3rd worst location in town…read more I drove by 4 stores that day. The first was probably one I should've stopped at. The second, by the direction I was traveling at the time was too dumpy to consider even slowing down for, the one after that was similarly dismal by exterior appearances. Finally as I was done with my work in town I was heading out, and had to get a road soda and use the facilities. They were dire, at best. Getting an energy drink was the best option since the coffee station was lacking, and it was filthy anyway. An empty store, dirty floors, coffee and the hot foods were unstocked. The lazy clown was busy with social media and having a swearing contest with a trashy woman who was pissing about some injustice she'd been through. I wish I'd have driven a couple miles further and gone to the first store at the northern most end of this town. Today I was back in this area where, for another small electrical troubleshooting job, and I did stop at the nicest KT. Maybe later I'll think to write about its far superior management and perhaps even the ownership is corporate run, because I can't imagine the other three were. They have to be private franchises that have little adherence to their parent company's policies

Right when we entered they were putting some hot fresh pizzas in the case. Since they actually looked good and none of the hot snacks tripped our trigger, we decided to go for the whole Cheese and Sausage Pizza. Not really expecting much. We were wrong, it was fantastic! A Lite, Crisp Crust, Tasty Sauce, Tons of Cheese and Flavorful Sausage. We destroyed the whole thing in a matter of minutes! Honestly, it was better than many Delivery Pizzas we've had. Aside from the Pizza, this Kwik Trip is clean, the staff is friendly and we stop here any time we need gas in the Sparta area. Now we will stop to satisfy a road trip Pizza Craving!
