Here is what I love the most: first and foremost she knows what she's doing. I have a lot of pain and she knows how to treat it. I can describe all my ailments but when I'm under her care she figures out things I didn't realize. You know how you can just tell when someone knows what they're doing- they have confidence and ability and know more than what you thought you did about your own body..? That's her. Then little things I love like- she checks in to see if the pressure is good. She does this more than once which I appreciate so much bc preference can change. And if you want to talk- she'll engage. If you don't, the silence is easy and comfortable. She's thorough and kind and a lovely energy. I often stay with who I know but once Shera was busy when I was in pain, and another young women saw me immediately. She was wonderful too, so you cannot go wrong here. Go to get work done or to relax. You'll find they are experts at both.

He gave me the advice I was looking for that I could not get from my doctor, and helped me discover new ways to slow down the atrophy that slings create. I went in for herniated discs in my lumbar spine. She had me almost pain free after just 3 sessions (over almost 2 weeks). After 6 weeks I was back to doing squats, lunges, etc. Still have to be careful and watch what I'm doing but I feel like she gave me the knowledge of what to be aware of and what exercises to go back to if I was starting to feel anything again. My only complaint would be having to wear masks. I get it, it's a medical place and in the end it's their place so their decision. But, while working out, masks get awful real quick.
