Sent an email to request a visit, then called early the next day. To our surprise she arrived that same day with an assistant. She's worked for a few of the local "vet-in-a-box" veterinary clinics, she just decided to leave the corporate run shops in favor of her own... They did the accustomed evaluation of Bailey in our house (she has a large van if needed) and gave her recommendations talking us through the pros/cons of each. She has a supply of animal medications with her and called the pharmacy for those that she didn't have with her. Our pet, while old, wasn't acting normal. Happy to say, 24 hours later, the old gal is up and running almost %. The concern of quality of life is all but gone! Not sure why I never heard of a mobile vet before, but I'd call her again in a heartbeat!

When I let them know the dog ran away they informed me I would still need to pay over $1000 for services they never rendered because I signed a contract. I have now been stuck paying a $70 fee to them every month for months. They will not stop charging me or refund my money.

I first boarded my cat for a little over a week in the summer, and she did great. They allow you to call and check in on your pet if you are nervous. Then, I recently took her in for a dental surgery that they recommended. I cannot overstate how grateful I am for their care! First they had us meet with a technician who was more than happy to take our questions. They called me as soon as the procedure was over and the doctor I spoke with was exceptionally nice and reassuring about the state of my pet. My cat's recovery went better than I could've hoped for... she took a pain pill for 3 days and now is completely back to normal. Dr. Barnes successfully completed both surgeries that day and even watched over her that night to be sure she was ok. Now it's almost 8 months later and I can't even imagine what StellaB's cherry eye looked like and her incision from her spay is almost invisible.
