Additionally is severe lack of security at night, I have personally seen people jump the fence, non residents and shout obscenities at me when I look at them through my window. When this issue is reported we get a lame response from the leasing office regarding how they cannot control these activities. Additionally the internet bill and the community bill from the utilities providers is exceptionally high bumping rent up for no reason. Last but not least there is a lack of a maintenance team even for emergencies at night, once my fire alarm malfunctioned and would not stop loudly beeping despite trying to turn it off and no smoke in the house and I had to beg the leasing boss to get them to my apartment so me and other residents could actually sleep at night. God forbid there would be an actual emergency these people would come several hours late or in the morning.

I lived with MOLD in my bathroom for a year and a half here. I told them about the mold MANY times via maintenance requests, emails, and phone calls. The first time they "fixed it" they simply resealed the toilet and did nothing about the mold. The second time they "fixed it" they only fixed the cosmetic issue so it was back within one month. I told them it was back and nothing happened. My asthma was exacerbated, i was sick ALL the time, and people who came over would have literally SKIN reactions (that i have photos of.) Then, after I moved out they had the AUDACITY to charge me $300 for carpet staining. YOU LET ME LIVE WITH MOLD FOR A YEAR AND A HALF. Do yourself a favor and do not EVER even consider living here. Not to mention, they continue raising the rent with no improvements to the property or townhomes and no amenities. The gym was closed "due to covid" the whole time I lived there. While I know covid still exists, we are no longer in a pandemic and if the ONE amenity you have to offer is a gym, perhaps you should open that if you're going to raise the rent.

I've seen kids ride up to door steps looking at other peoples packages, I've seen people that will watch you leave and come (creepy) and I've recently had some packages stolen from in front of my doorstep. Now from what I understand these facilities are under new ownership and they are doing things to dress up the complex like road repavement, they have a small area for your dogs, although it's not fenced off and I would make it a little bigger to add benches for the owner. I was told that the pool was redid as well, however you can have something look beautiful on the outside, but ugly on the inside! I don't want to live anywhere where I can't have things sent to me. I don't want my neighbors watching my every move or asking who did I have in my unit. Things weren't like this when I stayed in Detroit! But this is only my opinion, please do not let it sway yours, just be mindful when making your decision.
