My sister and I spent a day in Galena shopping and this was our favorite store. It offers a wide variety of clothing to suit the tastes of most women. It had some things for younger women, but not juniors. I liked that the styles were fresh and didn't seem for just 'older' women. The woman that was working that day really knew the merchandise and was able to help us try things we ended up loving, but wouldn't have picked out on our own. Walk in and be welcomed by the NEW friendly, pleasing, and helpful STAFF!!! A friend and I had been greeted pleasantly and assisted by Nancy and Robin. We loved the boutique so much that we visited the down town shop twice and made it a point to stop at the main store right off 20, across from the gas station and up the hill from Ulysses S. I hired Ron to clear my mom's estate and empty her house. He did a good job in the 2 1/2 days he…read moreemptied the house. The problem came when he left the washer/dryer, a bed and a hutch. He left the bed and washer/dryer in the house so I could use them while I was there. He had the washer/dryer sold and the guy who bought them couldn't take them until a later date because his new residence was not available till then. Ron and I agreed that he would come back and get all the items when he picked up the washer/dryer. Well here I am back in Houston and he made an agreement with the neighbor who had a key to the house to let Ron in. So Ron instead of contacting me removed the washer/dryer and left the other items. After several texts he told me was officially done, which means that he didn't keep his agreement. His agreement was with me not the neighbor. So now I have to fly back from Houston to remove two items from the house that he had previously agreed to remove. Don't use Ron, he doesn't keep his word. His excuse is this is a family matter, etc. It has zero to do with family, his agreement was with me. No one else was involved. If you use Ron the same thing might happen to you. He continued to rant in text messages to me but I told him I blocked him so who knows what his continued rant was!! NOT RELIABLE AT ALL!!!!!!
