The staff here are very chatty and helpfull, make you feel like you can just walk round and look and not have staff on your case. The shop looks very colourful and good selection in different colours and all set out very well. I brought four items and just came under £13.00 and this is for my holiday, and includes 2 tops and 2 bottoms. It is well worth the money. Lets hope that this shop does not close down.

Although I think this helps the staff as it also seems a lot tidier than other Primarks I have been to! The staff are very polite here and whenever I have paid for something they have engaged me in a good conversation which is nice considering how busy they (usually) are. Having said that, I don't think this Primark gets as busy as other ones which makes for a much more civilised shopping experience! I recommend this one for people who prefer atmosphere over choice.

This is a medium sized Topshop, it is all on one level with menswear being downstairs. Although the…read morewidth of the shop isn't very large, it is quite long - which is the plus side. As it's all on one level it's very easy to access. It is very central in Luton, being within the Arndale centre and situated right in the middle of this (opposite Boots). The staff there have always been very helpful and friendly, there was once a multitude of problems occuring when I tried to pay - which resulted in many phonecalls to the mnager, but they sorted it all out for me and they were very apologetic. This Topshop stocks a good range of items, including underwear and sleepwear which I often find is lacking in some of the smaller Topshops. They also always have good stock of the other items, and if I can't find something locally I always ring Luton and they tend to have it! I recommend this shop!

i used to love this shop, being above average in height, this was the only place locally i could…read morebuy trousers to fit. i was in desperate need for trousers once and headed to my local trusty topshop to find just one style of trousers that would have probably sold better down stairs in the mens department. when i asked if any new stock would be in i was told in a couple of days when i went back a few days later this was not the case this went on for a good few weeks. needless to say i was not too impressed and staff didnt seem that bothered and i havent been back since.
