They have even got good quality schoolwear,bags, holiday clothes, coats. We can get even much variety in mens and womens clothes. The store is spacious. The staff is very friendly and helpful. As it's all on one level it's very easy to access. It is very central in Luton, being within the Arndale centre and situated right in the middle of this (opposite Boots). The staff there have always been very helpful and friendly, there was once a multitude of problems occuring when I tried to pay - which resulted in many phonecalls to the mnager, but they sorted it all out for me and they were very apologetic. This Topshop stocks a good range of items, including underwear and sleepwear which I often find is lacking in some of the smaller Topshops. They also always have good stock of the other items, and if I can't find something locally I always ring Luton and they tend to have it! I recommend this shop!

i used to love this shop, being above average in height, this was the only place locally i could…read morebuy trousers to fit. i was in desperate need for trousers once and headed to my local trusty topshop to find just one style of trousers that would have probably sold better down stairs in the mens department. when i asked if any new stock would be in i was told in a couple of days when i went back a few days later this was not the case this went on for a good few weeks. needless to say i was not too impressed and staff didnt seem that bothered and i havent been back since.
