My daughter moved in to this apartment in May 2022 and has had multiple maintenance problems. The office never answers their phone, nor do they call back. Maintenance does not fix things properly, like kitchen sink backing up, washing machine connectors spraying water when we connected washer hoses (from the top of the shutoff valves) the maintenance person said it was the hoses. Wasp infestation that they didn't respond to for 10 days. My daughters room mate is allergic to wasp. The smoke detector started alarming early hours one morning. When they finally got in touch with the office they were told to just take off the wall until someone could get out there. My daughters car was hit in the parking lot. Unable to get a hold of the office to see if there are any surveillance cameras, I'm sure there aren't in a dump like this. The tenants across from my daughters were evicted and the trash sat outside in the ally way for days, smelling. We had a large package from Amazon delivered to the wrong apartment. My daughter saw it sitting downstairs but did not realize it was something I had shipped there. Office never got back with me when I left a message. Nor did the person living in the apartment respond to the note I left on their door asking if they saw or received the box.

My A/C is broken since Thursday night, we call Friday and the manager wasn't in the office all day, she return my call today to confirm about our A/C situation because I left a message. Ironic, they have so bad communication that they bring someone with knowledge about the issue and they send them to 3 different departments where they fixed their issues with their A/C but they missed us (they get called for 3 apartments including mine but they went to 3 different apartments in the bottom floor of our building), so now we still not have A/C and we don't know 'til when. The temperature is almost 90°+, how pathetic of them. The website showing in the info here, doesn't work at all. Don't wast your time trying to check it out.

They're almost never in the office, they're opened for limited hours on Saturdays so basically if you work a regular 9 to 5 you can literally NEVER see them and they NEVER answer their office phone. This wouldn't be as big of a deal of they weren't overpriced for the very few amenities they provide, the club house closes early, the pool is open year around but isn't heated so that makes no sense, they charge an outrageous pet deposit ON TOP of pet rent, and the apartments are cheaply constructed with the cheapest possible appliances and fixtures they could possibly find. I would rather live in low income housing than to EVER step foot in this complex ever again. I wouldn't recommend this place to an enemy let alone friends or family.

Another point is the apartment buildings are half ***** remodeled and very cheaply made, hand rails in the apartment are a danger to kid for the fact that I don't consider them secured, kitchen cabinets stick and so do drawers and also very fragile because they're plastic and been there since the building was new. Maintenance is lazy and never comes to fix anything in the apartment which is extremely miserable when the garbage disposal stops working and drains get clogged so not reliable at all for any needs. Water pressure in the building is especially low, electric bills are extremely high, rooms upstairs get extremely hot in the summer time and a/c unit can't keep up. In the lease it states in " fine print " the apartment building requires 60 days advance before you move out but they wait to send a notice until after the lease is up so now we, "HAVE TO PAY 2 EXTRA MONTHS WHEN NO ONE LIVE THERE ON TOP OF OUR NEW HOUSE PAYMENTS." This notice should be posted or put in the mail 3 months in advance to avoid these issues. All these issues really show a lack of proper management and structure in my opinion and requires evaluation immediately. With this business in the state that it's in I would strongly recommend to everyone to look somewhere else to rent. This business is run by some pretty profound people. Electrical, flooding, the works. Multiple times! Maintenance people never showed up. ANYWAY, they got bought by new management about 2 years ago. People began getting evicted left and right or were leaving. That is when we decided to start looking. A few months later they evicted us for having cats. They wanted more money we didn't have at the time. Our cats were very clean and when we left I deep cleaned the place. They still took our move in deposit. Almost Three years later they are now suing us for nearly Three thousand dollars! For what!!!? Because they bought a dive in the first place. They also fired Amanda first thing when they bought the place. It makes me wonder how many of the old tenants they are now suing. Go figure. They're word against ours in the court of law.
