It's good derby. The girls skate hard, have a lot of talent, and are genuinely good people to boot. One of the top three teams I've seen.

Good matcha, non-accommodating service…read more Every time I've been to padel plant, I haven't had any issues with service or quality of food but more recently, I visited with a friend who unfortunately couldn't handle just how much balsamic vinaigrette they had drowned her pizza slice in. She asked for a replacement and they told her they had "no more pizza left" and had "thrown it all out" for the day. Come to see 15 minutes later there were people all around us who had ordered and received various kinds of pizzas.... Thought it was really awkward that they lied to her face and I can't help but wonder if it was because my friend who ordered the pizza wears a hijab. Awkward and uncomfortable experience in my opinion, and certainly not worth the overpriced and at best -decent- matcha. Take my experience with a grain of salt, but just something to keep in mind...

There's a cafe and restaurant inside so coffee, sandwiches, pizza and salad are easily accessible before or after you play. Booking online was super easy and they even offer padels and balls to rent. Next time we'll set aside more time to look for parking because the lot nearby charged 12.99 for the day when we only needed a couple of hours. I'm sure we could have found a cheaper spot to park if we knew. Nevertheless, we look forward to coming back!

I used to play here as a kid, we'd come here and play volley ball, soccer and lacrosse. And…read morereally, it hasn't changed too much. My niece went to school in this area and came to the adjoining community center after school. It looked the same as it did years ago. The park has several big fields, basketball courts, a small playground, a sand pit, restrooms (which aren't very clean), a picnic area and some other amenities. But IMO, it needs some TLC and a facelift. For its size, I think it could stand for some more equipment and newer fixtures. I'm glad this neighborhood has a place for kids and kids at heart to play, yet it is in dire need of a spruce!

Overall a decent park to take kids to play. They have plenty of picnic tables covered for personal…read moreevents or parties however it is a first come first serve basis. They have public bathrooms and water fountains near these picnic tables. There is a large area toward the back of the park which has swings jungle gym in a play area for children. They also have basketball courts a volleyball net with sand and plenty of soccer fields to play A variety of sports. Parking can be quite tricky if you cannot find a spot in there nearby parking lot you could always park across the street from the park. However be mindful of the parking is also designated for the apartment buildings of the gallery nearby. If you park across the street from the park beware that you are crossing a very large and busy intersection of traffic as majority of traffic is coming off of the interstate. Abide by the laws and use the cross walks for safety. My group of friends and I utilize the volleyball net and sand volleyball pit. While the net is not the greatest of quality and does sag it does provide an ample area for volleyball to be played. The sandpit is not easily marked for boundaries for an actual game however there is some sort of haphazard ribbon around the perimeter of the pit. I would recommend wearing flip-flops or sandals if you wish to play in that area. The biggest downside to this park is some of broken glass near the bathrooms and water fountains. Be mindful when children and adults are playing to not be barefooted around these areas. We came across a good amount of broken glass scattered around. Overall the park seems to be used quite often especially on the weekends such as on Saturday and Sunday. One of the smallest yet busiest parks in the museum district, and one of the best hidden secrets. Keep in mind that there are no dogs are allowed on premises, as well as no alcohol, weapons etc. and it closes at dark.
