Hearing your neighbors because the floor ceiling and walls are paper thin. They will tell you there is a concrete sub floor but I can tell you there is not. They have a water bug issue so you will have water bugs in your apartment. Oh and how every good review is about the maintenance manager Mina... he quit so they no longer have that going for them. When Kim was the property manager I had several issues, complaints, was very unsatisfied, and uncomfortable within my apartment/complex. She was very careless, brash, rude, and could careless about her tenants or the issues within the apartments. Luckily after reaching out to the complex Corporate Office, and speaking with Regional Property Manager she helped resolve many issues willing/happily that involved the previous Property Manager Kim. She also held Kim accountable for her actions, negligence regarding property issues, and etc. Kim is no longer an employee at One Central Apartments. The new property manager Kendra has been amazing since she on-boarded. She has been very patient, understanding, empathetic, reassuring, respectful, helpful, and demonstrates her passion in tenant satisfaction daily. She rectified so many issues we had with the previous Property Manager Kim, listened to my frustrations, even dealt with my attitude regarding situations she had nothing to do with that involved the previous Manager's negligence and carelessness. She is very knowledgeable about the property, resolving issues, and ensuring tenant satisfaction. She is also very pleasant, easy to talk to, willing to do anything she can within One Central's policies/protocols in going above and beyond to help resolve tenant issues/concerns. She is very patient when speaking with her and gives you her undivided attention, and willing to answer any questions/or suggestions. I believe, a person should be recognized for consistently outstanding service. Kendra (One Central Property Manager) is that person to me. I know many here at One Central, which was previously known as 11 Central had horrible experiences with Kim as the previous Property Manager, but please don't let those experiences or reviews deter you from looking into leasing at this property. Kendra will go above and beyond to ensure your satisfaction and that your apartment is a home that you love. This property is very quiet and since I have been here I've not experienced or noticed any crimes. It's a very nice and quiet neighborhood with leasing staff and management that truly care, and means everything to me in finding an apartment to call my home. Since Kendra as been a part of the One Central family I love coming home each day and my apartment. She has truly made a decision in my happiness and comfort as a tenant at One Central. They have a work out center, swimming pool, Jacuzzi, and even a lifeguard on duty while you swim. What impresses me the most about this place is how well they take care of it! They have a landscaping crew (grass, hedging, etc.) that maintains the outside, they have a cleaning crew that comes around and maintains the common areas, and then they are consistently taking care of the building maintenance needs. I once commented to a staff member (who was checking on the building) about how the washing machine coin slot was a little hard to push in. I then went about my business and happened to pass by him in the parking lot approximately 30 minutes later. He then asked me if it was any easier to push in. :) Yeah!
