Aside from entering the property seeing the horses in the paddocks, and their chickens, it gave a true farm feeling. I was blown away by the expansive dog runs provided for both the day care dogs and the boarders. I was sold before I entered the building. The staff was friendly and knowledgable, and with vet techs on staff, they were able to give my loved one his daily medicine. (At no extra charge) I cannot say enough about the quality of care my dog received at Fuzzy Paws. (I upgraded my dog into a suite and got see see him live on camera) It might sound silly, but I really had "peace of mind" when I left on vacation knowing my dog was so well treated. What I love about their model is that you get assigned an animal sitter which I prefer so that our cats get comfortable and familiar with one person. She would send photos during each visit which gave us piece of mind. She would come twice a day, usually for 30 minute visits. And she was always ready to care for our furbabies on short notice. I highly recommend Fetch and Paulette for peace of mind when you have to go away! Billing is done monthly and you can add a tip if you are short on cash before going away.

Dogs are put out to play with dogs they may have never met, unsupervised by staff in person. There is also no hot water in most of the sinks, so all dog bowls are washed in cold or lukewarm water (there's no dishwasher). The dogs are let outside much too infrequently, particularly in busier seasons/days. The play equipment for the dogs is very old, a lot of things falling apart, with again, no budget to upgrade to better play equipnment. Do not recommend - and especially with the latest Nemcolin Woodlands Resort debacle, things will never get any better now at this kennel.
