The staff was very helpful and answered all my questions. They even let me try their hydro massage bed, it was AMAZING! I noticed while I was getting a tour that the facility was cleaner than ANY gym I've ever been to and I told them as much. They had plenty of machines and free weights that looked brand new. I asked the girl how long they had been open, expecting her to say they just opened, but she told me they've been here since 2018!!!! The instructor welcomed me with open arms, and then, because it was a smaller class tonight, spent most of the time personally instructing me and working on any questions I had.
