Rivadavia was a cool little find. It's nothing fancy, but I liked the atmosphere. And I love little places like this. The two servers that helped us spoke enough english to be helpful. They were very nice and patient with us as we tried to read the menu. They do not have English menus, but I was able to figure out most of it. After taking our drink order, they brought out some bread with 3 different dipping sauces. This bread is the bomb. Loved it, and the sauces that came with it. One of my coworkers and I split a pizza. Now, let me tell you. This, mi amigo, was no ordinary pizza. I am somewhat of a pizza connoisseur. I love trying the pizza at different places when I can. I can tell you this, the pizza we got, is a MUST try. It was really good. They call it the Volcano pizza. We had the house named Volcano pizza, the Rivadavia. It had steak, caramelized onions, and super cheesy cheese. The pizza comes out all puffed up and it looks like a Volcano, hense the name, and the "toppings" are inside. Very unique, and very good. I would definitely come back to this place. Also, bonus points go to the server for talking to our hotel to explain where we were at so they could send a taxi. Excellent all around. read more
