The staff were super helpful and made sure that everything was setup as needed and took a backseat once the event started. They allowed outside food, they made sure that the layout was exactly like she wanted and there is also a space upstairs for you to get dressed prior to the event beginning. I really loved the open space and for an event with around 30 gfoljs, there was a ton of space to where you didn't feel like you were invading someone's space. Such a cute space and I'd definitely have this on my list if I were looking for a space to host an event.

No street parking at all It used to be called Stockbridge Amphitheater just in case you hear ppl still referring to it by that name. This is a really nice medium sized venue. They do offer various types of seating reserved General Admission, Hightop tables, Box sections, VIP Seating which is the closest to the stage with tables. The venue does a security search through metal detectors, be mindful of policy on bag sizes, cooler sizes & allowed vs unallowed items. Dont be the person to have throw something out or walk back to your car. This is a heads up. The venue also allow you to bring coolers with food & drinks. They do have vendors who will be selling food, sometimes they have food trucks as well. In addition they have bar that serves alcoholic beverages. Overall, its a nice venue, with a nice set up, the staff are friendly, if you are able go to the box office on certain days to purchase tix, it will save you on those high Ticketmaster fees as they do charge a very smaller fee. Be prepared for a small walk if you dont park in the limited free parking or pay the fee to park at the venue. Also, some business also offer fee parking in the area and that also is a walk. The sound system is good. I have seen several artist who come & walk through the audience as they perform. It is a rain or shine venue, however, if its thunderstorms or lightning they will stop the performances & see how to proceed. If they have to reschedule you will be able to use the same tix for the rescheduled date. I will keep going back to Stockbridge Amphitheater as it is well worth the price of tix, the distance which is 30-45 min from College Park Area which is next to the airport (just to give you an idea). We went to Vystar Amphitheater in Stockbridge to see Trey Songz, and this was actually my first…read moreoutdoor concert, so I was excited for the whole experience. It was HOT, but I was there with my girls, the energy was good, and once the concert really got going we had a great time. The biggest downside was the rain situation. At one point we found some empty covered seats because it was raining and nobody was sitting there, so we stayed there for a while instead of getting soaked. Toward the end of the concert, a security guard singled us out and called police over to make us go back to our original seats in the rain. What made it frustrating was that the covered seats were completely empty, and even the officer seemed confused about why it was being made into such a big issue. That definitely put a weird little cloud over the night. Trey Songz also came out later than expected, which was a little annoying, especially after sitting outside in the heat waiting. But despite all of that, we still had FUN. The music, being outside under the night sky, and just having a girls' night made it worth it. I'd definitely come back for another concert, but I'd probably be a lot more prepared for the weather next time. Overall, fun venue and a really good night, but the security experience could've been handled way better.

So very nice to have such a quality venue on the south side of town. Having been an event planner for many years, I know what to look (or look out for) in a venue. I assisted my friend with her daughter's wedding at Alexander House last weekend. Aaron and Sheena were very flexible and professional. My friends were at ease with the process from the very beginning of the planning, thanks to Aaron's calming demeanor. Everything was delivered as promised...with a smile. The hard-working staff never stopped smiling and were very professional and easy to work with. This is not a cookie cutter, you must do it our way venue. Very refreshing for south of I-285! The facility is very clean and well organized. The grounds are meticulously maintained. The food was very good for a wedding buffet and there was plenty. They have a rustic charm that is very appealing to a Bride, or any client. I understand that they host many types of events and also cater all over the city, under The Grand Gourmet. On the day of event, Alex was on hand and present during the ceremony. The space was clean, the air was blasting and the ambiance was on point. At some point during the reception Alex became the bar tender without hesitation and I was pleased to see her involvement in everything. There is one change that could happen when special events are going on. The alert noise when a door is opened continues to go off each time. If you could disconnect this during wedding ceremonies that would be great. Overall, a great space and I will patronize again. If you need an intimate space in the future MLO is the spot to go!
