Very unfriendly staff. I'm a good customer of Rituals in my country and never had so bad experience. I was ready to pay and showed my membership card but unfortunately cashier never saw it. I'm oke with that just say you're not working with membership. But she left the cash desk and after a few minutes her colleague came and started to help others. My friend and I were standing between two cash desks and nobody wanted to help us. The both girls were helping just other customers who were behind us and talking about us in Spanish like we don't understand them. After 10 minutes we just left. This is not a good customer service.
