It's like The US equivalent of Sally Beauty Supply. Lots of professional tools for hair styling, manicures, etc. a great selection of Bobbi and hair pins, hair dye, and facial creams. Some cool creams made with bee venom, snake bits, and caviar. They had a few makeup things like cool bronzed palettes and the Essence line and random nail polish brands in sample sizes. The ladies at the checkout were very nice and didn't judge when I said "mi español es no muy bueno." Nice. read more

Very unfriendly staff. I'm a good customer of Rituals in my country and never had so bad…read moreexperience. I was ready to pay and showed my membership card but unfortunately cashier never saw it. I'm oke with that just say you're not working with membership. But she left the cash desk and after a few minutes her colleague came and started to help others. My friend and I were standing between two cash desks and nobody wanted to help us. The both girls were helping just other customers who were behind us and talking about us in Spanish like we don't understand them. After 10 minutes we just left. This is not a good customer service. Staff like this is a shame for such a good brand.
