I am not going to tell you that this is the worst pharmacy within a hundred miles. I am going to tell you that in my humble opinion this is probably simply the worst business in that same area. Bad customer service, prescriptions never filled when they say they will be ready and a very dismissive attitude when these things are pointed out. Their automated refill system told me my refill would be ready at 7 pm last evening. I am waiting in the store at 3pm today for them to scramble. it's like this EVERY SINGLE TIME. Thank goodness their performance does not have anything to do with their customer's health needs..... go elsewhere. read more

I never leave reviews, but I thought this one was necessary. I've been to this pharmacy 1 time and I'll never be back. Both the pharmacist and tech were rude, miserable human beings, despite me being friendly and overly polite. I understand if maybe they were backed up and busy, but politeness goes a long way. The pharmacy is terrible nobody knows what they are doing they take 20 min to even come to us at the drive through window and another 20 to get my pills that were here 4 hours ago there's a line behind me and they are all rude. read more

I stopped in here today to pick up my medication that I called in yesterday and I've came here enough that they know me well enough and have it in their computer that I cannot take a certain brand of medication well there is this one old lady that works in there that has a stick up her ass and in my opinion purposely gave me the brand that can make me severely sick thank God one of the real employees there noticed it when she was checking me out and she corrected it thank God for her checking it when she was cashing me out. Any more people, you are best just to avoid all rite aids cuz the one in Grove City shorted me on my antibiotics it seems like all these rite aids are not mentally with it. read more
