They are horrible!!!! Bad customer service. They don't know what they are doing! Long waits through the drive through. They are very inconsistent filling your prescriptions. You get the same prescriptions filled and they're always seems to be a problem each time during pick up. Horrible service in the pharmacy...Dr approved a refill on a med on Tuesday and when I called late Thursday afternoon to see if it was ready I was told that they were working on it right then and it will be ready in 2 hours which would be past their 6:00 pm closing time. I told them that this was unacceptable to which they replied that it would be ready in 45 minutes when I got to the drive through an hour later..5 cars ahead of me and 5 cars behind me it still was not ready...kept me waiting 15 minutes to fill it. Not only was I kept waiting but so were all those people in line behind me. Ridiculous.....I understand being short staffed but do something about it! on one other occasion I tried to go through the drive through but they had to close it down due to being short staffed...it was 4:30 pm. I switched to Rite Aid about 8 months ago and have failed a positive experience ever! read more

If you want a pharmacist that is going to humiliate you because you take Adderall, this is your spot! I have been getting my prescriptions here for years and they have a new pharmacist and my doctor faxed in 12 Adderall for me legitimately, and when I spoke to the pharmacist, he was literally all up in my face saying why do I need them how come and asking all sorts of questions he does not need to know about. So when I went in there to pick up my prescription, I called the pharmacist over and I told him I did not appreciate him humiliated me and talking down to me like I was some junkie and I went on and on and he basically said OK you're blackballed from doing business here in the pharmacy. If my doctor wrote a prescription with specific order and detail, he does not need to ask me any personal questions. Obviously, I've been getting it there for like five or six years now I would never recommend this Pharmacy to anybody. read more

If I could put a negative star review I would! The customer service leaves much to be desired. They don't answer phones. Are rude. Never keep a given deadline that they promise things will be ready by. Associates are rude and uncaring. Zero empathy or compassion. And management is worthless as they just give more excuses and never any improvements or solutions. I wouldn't be surprised if they are mixing up meds and making people sick with their complete incompetence. If you value your life saving medication....stay FAR away from this joke of a pharmacy. But if you are a drug addict...this may be your haven of a roulette table they try to pass as a pharmacy Update: I was right about the incompetence here. My daughter was prescribed an inhaler and these morons substituted it for nebulizer medication and my daughter doesn't have a nebulizer. Even the doctor was puzzled by this switch when we returned to the doctor this morning. Way to go Rite Aid! You seriously need to be shut down! Patients beware!!! Lastly.... If you want them to actually answer the phone you have to spam call the number relentlessly. They don't answer at all until they have no choice. And don't listen to the "sorries" you get here. The pharmacy here has dramatically changed in the last 6 months and caused me a great deal of stress recently. They are extremely understaffed and overworked. They told me refills weren't received when they were. Resolving any issues with them has felt impossible and it feels like they are just trying to get people out as quickly as possible. This resulted in many calls to my doctors office, insurance, and a new pharmacy over 3 days. Finally got my medication (late) after transferring my prescription elsewhere. I do not recommend this place and am not confident they know what they are doing operationally as they are not maintaining client records accordingly. read more

Unbelievably poor customer service at their pharmacy. Last week I went there to fill a prescription and it took a very long time for it to be filled, even though we waited in the store for it. When we went to ask to check on the status, the pharmacist was very rude and said that she called our name 3 times but we didn't answer. That was not true because we were at the front window the whole time and she acknowledged us being there. Fast forward to 1 week later, I went back for my refill, and they told me it would be about an hour wait. It's a bottle of saline, how long does it take for them to get it and put a label on it? So I agreed, went and did some errands and came back 1 hour later. When I came back, now they told me it would be a 2 hour wait. Why? It was just a bottle of saline! There were no people in line waiting and it was not busy. I do not know why it would take that long and why they do this to their customers. Regardless, I will not be going back. read more

They have had myRx for 2weeks and they are trying to say they just got it. I called 2 hours ago and then go down there and they tell me they just got the RX and can't fill it until tomorrow. Had prescription called in at 10 a.m. Tried to pick it up at 5 p.m., but was told to come back in 30 minutes. Returned after 90 minutes and was told they were out of stock, and to come back tomorrow. Worst part is, this is not the first time this has happened! read more

0 stars. Pharmacy has the worst customer service. It's one thing to be the slowest pharmacy I've ever entered, it's another thing to be so overly rude and unapologetic about it. My Rx was called in, I know they are slow from past experience but with the drive thru it's worth it so I don't have drag my kids out of the car into another store, so I keep giving them chances. But over 3 hours later it's still not ready, and the excuse is that they get over 500 Rx a day, so we'll see you later. Thanks buddy, I'm sure Walmart gets more than that and my Rx is always ready within 20 minutes. AVOID THIS RITE AID, THE DRIVE THRU IS NOT WORTH IT. read more

The ONLY reason I gave this A star was due to the young lady with glasses that provided me with the address and phone number. I forgot to get her name but she was very polite and professional, with short dark hair. I went in on Thursday Jan 4th and both in the drive through and in the store the Pharmacy had the WORST customer service. There was an Asian lady Eurice working the drive through and a black female with braids and glasses working the in store drop offs. While explaining the situation to the in store clerk she looked at me like I wasn't speaking English which after sitting at Urgent Care was a slap in the face. I will be having my prescription filled elswhere. It's sad because looking at the reviews it's evident I wasn't the only person treated so poorly. Do better RITEAID. read more

Terrible. Called to re-fill my Rx a week ago. I never received a notification to pick up. Called today, automated message said unable to verify my Rx number. Called again to speak with a pharmacist(?) with an Indian accent and she was rude and very impatient . Terrible x3. I will not fill my Rx with this place again.
