Was told via text they were out of the medication…read more I went on Friday to inquire when it would be available and was told they forgot to order it but would be available Monday. Tuesday when I returned they still had not filled it and then advised me it would be $199 out of pocket. My precious pharmacy at Kroger was $66 dollars out of pocket for same script. I used to work at this store and it can be a good place to work if it's a second job, because God know's how little pay you get. You cannot make a good living working there that's for sure. I called to make sure the script was there, was told it would be about 5-7 days. today I am 21 days out and still have no bed. when I called to question I spoke with man that didn't really seem to know what he was talking about. I asked to talk to someone in the Prior Authorization dept and he always had an excuse why they were not available. they were not sending the PA to my insurance. Today I cancelled the script there and had it sent to Lincare and my insurance received the PA today and it's being worked on. Frees Medical did not seem to care that I was only getting 2-3 hours sleep a night trying to prop up with pillows or sleeping in a recliner. I don't know how they stay in business. horrible horrible service! n
