They have pastas, pizzas, main courses, salads and many other choices for food. Drinks list is also good with a selection of wines. Food here is priced ok albeit on the slightly expensive side. I had a tagliatelle with scampi which was really nice and the semifreddo with caramel sauce was also lovely. Service was quick and super friendly. All in all a great experience I would happily repeat again. It's a nice place for a meal.

If you are looking for the best Italian in town, you just found it. I have searched for this place…read morefor a long time ago, and at least I found it. Italian ingredients, italian style, italian waiters, and of course, italian boss. 100% traditional, this places offers a variety of dishes that will put you in a difficulty to choose. The portions are fair, and the prices decent. But from far the the thing that will win your heart is the atmosphere, just like in a small pizzeria, somewhere in Rome. A reservation would be recommended, especially on weekends. Really good for groups, or just a romantic dinner with your fiancé. Even though the location is not that "friendly" (situated in a top neighborhood, but far from downtown), I think it is worth it. So, just to make it clear, in my opinion, the best italian restaurant in town.

A week of meat and potatoes was quite satisfactory, being that I am meat and potatoes kind of guy. We had made a effort of avoiding Italian restaurants while in Germany, due to prior horror stories; was talked in to coming here for our last meal. It was a late lunch and we were the only customers at the restaurant. When I pick up the menu I was instantly disappointed. The selection seemed limited and the English translation did not add any flair. We must have spend 10 mins looking over the menu and no one seemed excited about their upcoming choice. The waiter who was Italian sensed our reluctance, and offered that he would make the choices for us."I will take care of you", which did little to ease our minds, but the ones among us that was more adventurous, soon agreed. We started with some excellent wine selection, follow by some amazing appetizers, and the amazement continued. Every single thing was beyond excellence. But the pasta was the highlight of my meal. A simple cream oil sauce on aged fettuccine, with fresh truffle shavings. I had a Argentine filet to follow as my main course, and I was more than willing to trade it in for more of the fettuccine. I have had good steak before but I have never had any pasta like it. It was the simplest yet the the most amazing noodles I have ever had. My great regret was not finishing the left over pasta from my colleague's plate (he had a unnatural aversion towards truffles), but etiquette stood in my way. The meal lasted 2 and half hours, and ended with an equally exciting bill, and prolonged discussion on whether a tip(which was proportionally sizable) was part of the local custom. In summary, a must try while in Kolon.
