She pointed out that there were no truffles available (as they did not find them)--- I think this is a great sign, as clearly they focus on ingredients that are fresh and available! We had fresh caught tuna, on a bed of arugula and crusted in pistachio -- best I've ever had. Also had a handmade spaghetti with fresh clams and a delicious tomato based sauce with fresh red peppers. Some sort of lemon creme brûlée (the proper name escapes me) for dessert --- I loved the touch of lemon. The only downside is that I wanted to try more! When the waiter returned, he told us if we wanted a new order of pizza and salad, he would have to charge us twice ( new order and the food covered in glass). I guess they were more interested in profits than in showing some goodwill. We obviously reordered but left a little surprised.
