The specials were mainly seafood although they did have other dishes. The dishes we enjoyed were: - the Tuna tartar (wonderfully clean flavours) - the fish soup (excellent) - the chef's antipasto (delightful section of small dishes) - the grilled Dorado fillet very nicely done - the grilled fish plate (2 kinds of grilled fish fillets and some grilled prawns excellent) - the spaghetti Bolognese (the ragu is something to behold.. deep flavourful) - the Tiramisu (very tasty and surprisingly light.(like it is made with mouses)) On top of this very friendly service (even tough we were a bit underdressed) really made this one of the highlights (if not the highlight) of our trip to Oberhausen. We will definitely try to return here next time we visit Oberhausen..

No vegan options are offered but I got a vegetable pizza without cheese which was great. Had to take half of it home. Some vegan options would be a great addition especially since there is such an abundance of great products in Germany Otherwise recommend this place
Antipasti platter is great Had some nice vegetables on it. Would love it if they offered a veggie option

And you know what? I actually think Colopic might actually be better than decent non-drunk food... although the brunt of their business at the hour we went was from 19-year-old inebriated souls. So be ready for some unsteady co-patrons. I certainly wasn't (and could afford to get) drunk when we went and I was wholly impressed with our finished product... a pretty perfect giardiniera pizza. They're standing room only and even with a pretty long line and full waiting room our pizza came out lickety split... and absolutely delicious. It was much more artisan-y than I was expecting from a place open amongst 4am bars and a gaggle barely legal youths and was hands down the highlight of our dabble Dusseldorf's nghtlife scene.

It's a small restaurant with high tables and stools. It's not fancy, but perfect for an informal dinner or cool place to gonad a couple or with family. The owner is still there and is in the restaurant every day he retold me. He and all staff are very friendly. The pizzas are thin base and as good as you will get anywhere. Ingredients fresh. They also have a really nice selection of anti pasta. Didn't have a pasta dish on this visit, but they also looked great. Had an assortment of dessert and each one was perfect. I thoroughly recommend this place and will go back next time I'm in the area.
