Since my German photo studio is just around the corner, it's very convenient. Still, whenever I took my crew, there were service issues - so it has never been my favorite location. However, we are friends with the landlord, who said that they dramatically improved. As I have a big Swedish Rock Band in my studio today and I considered taking them after the shoot, I went and checked yesterday - and got the expected. My wife ordered some pasta, I went for a pizza. My pizza came - no silverware. Waitress promised to bring it. My wife's pasta came 10 mins later, still no silverware. It took another five minutes to get the silverware - by then my pizza was cold - my wife's pasta overcooked. Finally, the check arrived. Booked as "out of house sale" with 5% VAT. I asked why, and the waitress said "that's how it is in Corona times". Well, others would call that tax fraud. I will not go again. And for the band tonight, I'd rather get some take-away from the Turkish guy next door to my studio. read more
