Wir haben uns auf italienische Gerichte mit hohem Qualitätsanspruch spezialisiert. Dabei verzichten wir bewusst auf künstliche Aromastoffe, Geschmacksverstärker und dergleichen. Besonderen Wert legen wir auf Nachhaltigkeit, Transparenz und artgerechte Tierhaltung. Seit April 2012 kümmert sich Roberto als neuer Wirt um das Brunello. Kontinuierliche Renovierungsarbeiten im Innen- und Außenbereich zeigen inzwischen ihre Wirkung. Das kulinarische Team ist von gutem Essen begeistert und tut alles, damit Sie sich bei uns wohl fühlen und Ihr Essen so richtig genießen können.

We've been to Steakhouse Da Salvatore twice now, and both times were fantastic…read more We had the filets with potatoes, cheeseburgers, and fries--and everything was absolutely delicious. The steak was definitely the star of the show--so tender and full of flavor, cooked perfectly both times. The burgers were juicy and satisfying, and the fries were crisp and seasoned just right. Also, the lady who took our order both times was amazing. She was super friendly, helpful, and spoke great English, which made things so easy and enjoyable. This place has quickly become one of our favorites-- if we are ever near again we will definitely come back!
