My twin 8 year old daughters have been taking martial arts classes at Rising Sun for 6 months now. I think it's important to teach young girls about respect and confidence, and I have found that Rising Sun Martial Arts classes are a great way to instill that in their young growing minds. I have also had the pleasure of taking classes with them, and it has been a wonderful bonding experience for the three of us to earn belts together. We have all earned out yellow belts and this weekend we will be attending another belt ceremony. Great place to learn self defense/martial arts. Guru Neil has a great program! The kids are learning focus, respect, fairness, discipline, while having a good time.
