There were plumes of dust released into the air, blanketing our home and garden and those of our neighbors. We also found some large wood splinters and plastic debris on our porch. Absolutely no communication was made before the demolition, no measures were taken to limit or control the amount of dust (potentially containing lead and asbestos as this was an older home) created, no erosion controls or storm water mitigation took place. Worst of all, when I expressed my concerns to the owner, he accused me of having been brainwashed by environmentalists (referring to my concern over the potential toxins' effect on my two young kids) and "believing in" global warming. He even suggested I move to another neighborhood! Westside is rude, disrespectful, and has no conscience for human health concerns.

Just by him being in the neighborhood, or neighbors decided they wanted to hire him for work on their property so that should tell you something people just driving by and seeing what he's doing that they want him too. I wish I could post pictures of the huge tree stump his excavator removed in my yard, it was over 10,000 pounds and his big excavator got it up on his trailer and he took it away.
