They were super helpful and communicative even on a Saturday. We had 2 movers come and they finished in less time than we planned for. My pictures were broken, the couch foot was broken, dressers were scratched, memorabilia damaged. They packed sensitive items with hard stuff and smashed things that cannot be replaced. They completely over paid for this awful quality of work they did. Im so disappointed and upset. The only thing I have from them is an emailed receipt with price I paid. I've sent them an email to ask about filing a complaint and hopefully they can make up for this but I seriously doubt it because some things don't have a price.

We found them from U-Hual website. They schedule and matter in fact they confirmed the time 6 PM for loading our moving stuff. 6:10 Pm of the appointment day, the owner called and said they have to reschedule as he does not have ppl to help us. Are you serious? How can you even have business. I understand things happen but you should have called me a day before or at least few hrs ago, we were out of any options at late eve of saturday. We have brand new baby- 4 DAYS old and were packed and emptied our appt and ready to move and now this? Can you even think if treating your customers like this? People, please stay away from this company. I would not even recommended if its free!! I do not want this to happen to anyone like what happened with my family!! ABSOLUTELY STAY AWAY!!!

A person from a help agency (HireAHelper) called me at 9:30 a.m. to say A Kings Son was "stuck on another job" and would not be coming. They could, however, come the next day. If you know anything about dealing with PODS, you know that's not how it works. The audacity and arrogance of A Kings Son to not show and tell us they could come the next day. By the way, when I was trying to contact a Kings Son directly, they did not answer and their voicemail was full. Not only do I NOT recommend, I urge you to do business elsewhere. Correcting their lack of professionalism was a lot of work. I have to rate at least one star, but I do so begrudgingly.

They were late or did not show up at all more times than I can count, knowing that my husband and I were having to take off work to let them on the property. They busted holes in my wall while replacing the flooring that has never been fixed. When cutting holes in the ceiling to replace lighting, they cut the hole to big and even after trimming out the light, you can still see the holes. The CEO has refused to meet with us about these problems or finishing the work that the insurance paid to have done, yet he had no problem cashing all the checks.
